Students may book a room in the library for group work using our online booking system.
To book the group room please follow these steps:
- Use the calendar below to choose your time slot - click the information symbol to get info about the room
- Blue timeslots are available. Any slots that are greyed out are unavailable.
- After selecting the start time the system will automatically select the maximum duration of 3 hours. Adjust the end time if required in the drop-down that appears under the calendar after selecting your start time.
- Select Submit at the bottom of the screen. Read the Terms and Contitions and select Continue.
- Complete and submit the booking form using your RGU or ICRGU email address.
Please note you can book up to 3 hours each day and bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. In order to ensure fairness of access for all students, groups should not book consecutive timeslots.
