From Lost to Legend: Navigate your Information Landscape Like a Pro Online

You have started thinking about searching for literature to inform your writing. But where do you begin? What sources of information are most credible, academic, and how can you trust any of it? Navigating the information landscape can be tricky at the start. If you have ever felt lost about where to begin your research, and how to identify those relevant academic sources, this session is for you!

During this class, our librarians will share their expertise on:

  • prioritising sources of information when conducting research
  • differentiating academic and non-academic sources
  • evaluating information sources
  • identifying untrustworthy sources of information
  • identifying and evaluating expertise

We hope to see you there and are looking forward to meeting you!
